By taking care of
hygiene, you can protect against some types of vaginitis.
1. Do not do bath
or whirlpool spa with hot water in the bathtub. After taking the shower, clean
the well with the soap of the outer genital area and dry the area thoroughly to
prevent irritation.
2. Do not use aromatic
or hard soap. Avoid inconvenient products such as aromatic tampons and sanitary
pads etc.
3. After leaving
the toilet, rinse from the back to the right. By doing this the bacteria
present in the stool do not go into the vagina.
Other
things that help in preventing Vaginitis are as follows
1. Do not use the
dush to clean the vagina. Apart from normal bath, your vagina does not require
any other type of cleaning. Due to frequent dosage, the balance of normal
bacteria present in the vagina is disturbed, resulting in infection in the
vagina.

2. Use latex
condoms. Men and women do not spread infection by sexual contact with latex

3. Wear cotton
underwear. Also wear pantyhaus with cotton croft. If you feel comfortable
without it, do not wear it. Yeast still thrives in the humid environment.
